About our marketing

Our marketing channels, including social media accounts and advertisements, may feature AI-generated spokespersons, avatars, or voices. These personas (including but not limited to “Katherine”) are marketing characters and are not real persons, employees, or service providers. They do not deliver, configure, support, or have any operational role in the AI Receptionist product.

About our service

All AI Receptionist services are designed, implemented, configured, and supported by Topel Software Solutions LLC and its human personnel. References in marketing materials to “I built,” “my AI,” “I help,” or similar first-person framing by AI personas refer to the Topel Software Solutions team operating the AI Receptionist product.

About the AI Receptionist itself

The AI Receptionist is a voice-AI software product that interacts with callers using synthetic voice and natural-language AI. It is not a human. Callers may be informed of its AI nature where required by law, or upon direct inquiry.

Call recording

The AI Receptionist may record and transcribe calls for service delivery, training, and quality purposes. Where required by applicable state or federal law (including but not limited to California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington), callers will be notified at the start of the call that the call is being recorded or that they are interacting with an AI assistant. Clients of Topel Software Solutions are responsible for ensuring their use of the AI Receptionist complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Third-party infrastructure

The AI Receptionist service utilizes third-party AI infrastructure providers for voice processing, telephony, and natural language understanding. Topel Software Solutions LLC is the sole party responsible for service delivery, billing, and customer support.
